PSI Europe is a Dutch foundation and the European hub within the PSI network – an advocacy and technical hub for PSI's 40+ network members across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. We work to strengthen health systems and expand access to person-centred health, with a particular focus on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), menstrual health and dignity, and underserved women's health.

We are a non-profit that takes a business approach to solving complex health problems, delivering innovation at scale to achieve big, measurable impact. Working closely with PSI network members, governments and partners, PSI Europe provides European donor engagement, technical assistance, programme oversight and strategic leadership across a growing portfolio of programmes – supporting governments to bridge gender equity gaps and advance Universal Health Coverage.

Our team is international, bringing together diverse nationalities, backgrounds, and expertise around a shared commitment to strengthening health systems and promoting women's health specifically. We work remotely, collaborating closely across time zones with colleagues, partner organisations, and PSI network members worldwide. That gives us direct visibility into impact across the network – we're never far removed from the communities we work with and for.
